As a Principal at Strada, you will be a driving force behind the deployment and performance of Strada's funds, while taking ownership of investments across the full private equity cycle.
You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new opportunities in our core sectors — Software, Healthcare, and Business Services — with a focus on Benelux, France, Italy, the UK, and Ireland. You’ll lead transactions end-to-end, from initial outreach and investment thesis development to due diligence, deal structuring, and Investment Committee preparation.
Beyond execution, you’ll work closely with founders, buy-in managers, and portfolio company leadership to accelerate growth. This includes leading buy-and-build strategies, optimizing go-to-market approaches, improving pricing and operational levers, and preparing businesses for exit.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll contribute to fund-level strategy and help build the firm’s long-term capabilities by mentoring junior colleagues and shaping Strada’s investment culture.
This is a high-responsibility role with clear upside — offering meaningful influence on both investment outcomes and the firm's evolution.
What are we looking for?
5-10 years of experience in private equity
A strong track record sourcing, executing, and managing deals
Affinity with our core sectors: software, healthcare, or business services
Comfortable working across European geographies and cultures
Fluent in English (other European languages are a strong plus)
An intellectually curious, humble, and driven mindset
Willingness to be based in Antwerp, with travel as needed
