Why Strada Partners?
Strada Partners is a European growth-oriented investment firm founded in 2022 by Bart Wouters and Matthias Vandepitte, who have a combined 25+ years of experience in private equity. The team’s track record includes investments across many industries, with a particular focus on software, tech-enabled service businesses and healthcare. We have ~€600m of AuM and have done >50 acquisitions since founding
We aim to build a concentrated portfolio of investments we can support over the longer term and provide with the necessary tools to compound growth on a pan-European level. We typically invest €10-50M of capital per investment and currently have a portfolio of 15 platforms across Belgium, France, Italy and the UK
We provide patient capital, with impatience to succeed. We are not afraid of the road less travelled
What are we looking for?
First-class business, economics, science or engineering degree
Financial literacy with solid Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
Problem solving skills
Down-to-earth
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-driven and curious
Fluent in English. French / Dutch or German is a plus
Prior internship experience in banking, strategy consulting or PE is a plus
