Why Strada Partners?
Strada Partners is a European growth-oriented investment firm founded in 2022 by Bart Wouters and Matthias Vandepitte, who have a combined 25+ years of experience in private equity. The team’s track record includes investments across industries, with a particular focus on software, tech-enabled service businesses and healthcare.
We aim to build a concentrated portfolio of investments we can support over the longer term and provide with the necessary tools to compound growth on a pan-European level. We typically invest €10-50M of capital per investment and completed our 9 platform investments since inception.

What are we looking for?
First-class business, economics, science or engineering degree
Financial literacy with solid Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
Problem solving skills
Down-to-earth
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-driven and curious
Fluent in English. French / Dutch or German is a plus
Prior internship experience in banking, strategy consulting or PE is a plus
