We have ~€600m of AuM and have done >50 acquisitions since founding
We aim to build a concentrated portfolio of investments we can support over the longer term and provide with the necessary tools to compound growth on a pan-European level. We typically invest €10-50M of capital per investment and currently have a portfolio of 15 platforms across Belgium, France, Italy and the UK

First-class business, economics, science or engineering degree
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-driven and curious
Excellent problem solving & communication skills
Down-to-earth
Financial literacy with solid Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
Fluent in Dutch and English. French / Italian / Dutch / German Languages are a plus
Prior 6 months internship experience in investment banking, strategy consulting or PE
Hands-on experience across all aspects of private equity - sourcing, due diligence, IC materials, LBO modelling, and portfolio company support - as a full member of the Investment Team
Exposure to a fast-paced learning environment alongside well-seasoned investment professionals and management teams across Europe
Stepping into a junior CoS / M&A role at an LV8 platform from month 7 - owning M&A pipeline build and execution, integration support, KPI and reporting infrastructure, and ad-hoc strategic projects
Working directly with LV8 Founders - top-tier ex-MBB / IB / operating talent who were backed by Strada IC to build a leading European Platform
A combination rarely available in a single role: PE skills (LBO modelling, M&A process management, direct contact with Founders and C-level, value creation initiatives) combined with hands-on in-house operator experience
Significant autonomy and responsibility in months 7–12 in an entrepreneurial environment where you help build the platform's infrastructure rather than slot into an existing one, while retaining access to the Strada Investment Team
Collaborating in a small and entrepreneurial team, working from a fun environment in central Antwerp but investing across Europe
