Our opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual with a strong analytical mindset and demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence for an internship focused on AI-driven innovation within our private equity firm. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to (i) explore and implement cutting-edge AI tools to enhance Strada’s operational and analytical capabilities, while (ii) gaining valuable exposure to the world of Private Equity investing.
More specifically, you will:
Research, evaluate, and deploy the best AI-powered tools to optimize our investment and operational processes.
Develop and refine AI agents that streamline key workflows within Strada, such as legal analysis, fundraising, business analysis, HR, and office management.
Work closely with our investment team to integrate AI solutions, enhancing efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Leverage AI to automate routine yet critical tasks, freeing up our professionals to focus on higher-value activities.
This internship will enable you to work alongside our investment team of seasoned professionals, sharing valuable enhancements to their activities and receiving exposure and insights to all steps of the investment process.
What are we looking for?
Hands-on AI tinkerer: you’ve already rolled up your sleeves and built practical and pragmatic things with today’s leading tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Replit, Cursor, Lovable, etc). You can point us to projects, prototypes, or automations you created on your own initiative.
Tool smith, not pure coder: we care less about elegant algorithms and more about your ability to quickly evaluate, combine, and deploy existing AI services, no-/low-code platforms, and APIs to solve real problems and test them in a structured manner.
Curious problem-solver with a hacker mindset: when a workflow looks slow or repetitive, your instinct is to experiment, automate, and measure the improvement.
Business meets AI: To successfully build tools that are used by our teams, we need a genuine interest in understanding business problems and how to translate them into solutions
Clear communicator & team player: you can translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical colleagues and enjoy collaborative iteration.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
